All content (lessons, analyses, charts, indicator signals) is provided for educational purposes. It does not in any way constitute investment advice, a personalized recommendation or an inducement to buy or sell a financial instrument.

3. Risk warning

Trading leveraged products (Forex, CFDs, indices, commodities, crypto-assets) carries a high risk of rapid capital loss. Past performance is not indicative of future performance. You alone are responsible for your trading decisions and any resulting losses. Never trade with money you need.

Access to the members area is through Google sign-in. You agree to use your own account and not to share members-only content.

The Trading Evolution texts, illustrations, charts, logo and indicator are protected. Any reproduction, redistribution or resale without written permission is prohibited.

6. Indicators and tools

The indicators (including the free NinjaTrader indicators) and the site's tools help you read charts. They may produce incorrect signals. They replace neither your analysis nor your risk management. No guarantee of results is given.

7. Third-party services

Market data, the economic calendar and the news come from third-party services (TradingView). We guarantee neither their accuracy nor their availability.

8. Liability

Trading Evolution cannot be held liable for any financial losses, direct or indirect, resulting from the use of the site, the content or the indicator.

9. Changes

We may change these terms at any time. The online version prevails.
